Your teams have AI. The Climb gets them really using it.
The concrete AI adoption tool for teams. Each person climbs a mountain of 12 camps, in small steps, in their own AI tool. You watch the whole team climb.
Sign inALTIHi, I'm Alti. No jargon here: we climb together, one camp at a time.

A real walk through the app: an employee's mountain, a box, the proof, the chairlift, the certificate, then the HR view.

AI has arrived at work. Adoption has not.
- Licences, few users
You pay for AI licences, but only two or three people really use them.
- Training that fades
A great training day, then everyone goes back to old habits.
- Fears that block
"It will replace me", "it makes everything up", "it's too technical for me".
- A two-speed team
A few fans race ahead, the others quietly drop off.
- Data at risk
Client documents pasted into a chat, for lack of simple rules.
- Nothing to measure
Nobody knows who is progressing, or on what. And the EU AI Act (article 4) already asks you to train your teams.
The Climb is AI in practice, for the whole team.
Not one more course. A climb: short steps done on real tasks, in the AI tool your teams already have. Everyone goes at their own pace, nobody climbs alone, and the company finally sees the progress.

6The chairlift A ride through the 4 floors, station by station, to see what each level teaches.

You learn AI the way you learn to climb: by climbing.
- Learning by doing
Every step is done on a real task, in your own tool. You remember what you did, not what you heard.
- A pace that lasts
Small steps that fit into the week. Everyone climbs at their own pace, with no deadline.
- Serious gamification
Avatar, badges, rope team, camps reached: reasons to come back, without treating anyone like a child.
- Together, it sticks
Sherpas, colleagues who got ahead, help their rope team. Nobody climbs alone.
- AI without the drama
Each camp breaks a myth, and data safety starts at camp 2 with three common-sense reflexes.
The AI Act asks you to act. The Climb helps you show it.
Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the AI Act, has applied since 2 February 2025 to companies that use AI. Amended in 2026 by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, it asks them to take measures to support the AI literacy of their staff.
The Climb does not guarantee your compliance: each company assesses its own obligations. But it leaves you a written record of what you did.
- Training records
Certificates and progress reports document the measures taken to support AI literacy under article 4.
- The People view
Progress per team and per skill, from the entry test to the exit test.
- A verifiable certificate
Anyone with its link or QR code can check it on a public verification page.

What people ask us.
Is our data safe?
We check the method, never the work: proofs describe steps and settings, with no content and no client data. The work happens in your own AI tool. The People view shows teams, not names, and groups under 5 only show a number. Everything is detailed in our legal documents.
Which AI tools do we need?
The one your teams already have: Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini. Camps 1 to 8 work with all four. From camp 9, the path aims at Claude Code, with an alternative for those who don't go there. You declare what is allowed in your company, and the path adapts.
Do people need to be technical?
No. The first 8 camps happen in the chat, without a line of code. The Build floor is there for those who want to go further.
In which languages?
English, French, Spanish, Catalan and Turkish.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, The Climb works on a phone.
How do we stop?
After the first 3 months, the subscription goes month by month. Cancel any time before the 28th for the next month. Your account is kept 6 months if you come back.
